Well it's been a while but there was an issue with whether or not three septic tanks and a sand filter is one OWTS (onsite waste treatment system) or three OWTS...guess which one requires three permits and three sets of permit fees.
In the mean time I have moved the excavated material down to the "gully" by the containers. This area will be quite flat when filled with the rest of the material from the excavation. It doesn't look like much in the picture but the berm is about ten feet high.
